Charothy Hendrick

I am a Certified Neuro-linguistic Programming Life Coach and Reiki Practitioner who empowers men and women to achieve all of their personal, professional, and educational goals in the face of their struggles with mental health issues. I work systematically with my clients to help them make changes in their life that promote healthier brain chemistry with lasting results.

Laying this important foundation enables me to help them navigate through their challenges and guide them on their journeys toward personal fulfillment. I coach my clients to enhance their executive presence, physical appearance, communication skills, and overall interpersonal effectiveness in the workplace and at home.

In addition to earning my B.S. from UMass Amherst with a concentration in neuroscience and psychology, I have over 20 years of entrepreneurial, managerial, and consultative sales experience. My warmth, empathy, and poise stem from a wealth of personal experiences including divorce, single parenting, loss, and caring for a medically fragile child. I draw on these experiences and my multidisciplinary training in neurobiology, psychology, and energy healing to provide my clients with a sensitive and customized approach to taking control of their mental health.
